SimpleClick is a well-established, successful and innovative digital agency working with a number of high profile local and national clients.
The agency provides bespoke and tailored digital solutions, from webdesign & development, app and software development to SEO & Social Media. SimpleClick collaborates closely with each and every client to achieve a deep understanding of the requirements and problems they are tasked to solve and to build lasting relationships beyond the duration of projects.
With a first successful decade of growth, expansion and the addition of new services and products, SimpleClick felt that their old identity didn’t convey their values, personality and skill sufficiently and consistently enough anymore.
Working closely with the SimpleClick team on their rebrand, we created a strong new brand identity which captures not only the company’s confidence, professionalism, experience, creativity and agility, but also the nurturing, relaxed and inspirational team atmosphere.
The new identity combines a variety of different graphic assets which are consistently used in all of SimpleClick’s touch points, from business stationery, web design and social media to signage and office interior.
The logo system comprises of a bold word mark and a separate symbol of an interlinking ‘S’ shape, reflecting the close relationship with their clients and as a team. It also takes into account the integration element of their bespoke CRM system Doddle, which also received its own new logo as part of the brand identity.
A classic navy blue as base colour is used in combination with warm and bright accent colours to highlight the professionalism and creativity of the team. A ‘pixel’ pattern of coloured squares and characterful fonts, reminiscent of code language, are placing the company firmly within the digital world.
Beautiful natural headshots and photographs of the team at work are completing the brand identity and bringing the company’s personality properly to life.
We first met Franzi at a networking event where she was giving a presentation about brand identity. Her presentation really resonated with us because we were then thinking about whether it was the right time to re-brand our business. We are web designers and developers but our own website and branding had taken a back seat over the 10 years that we had been busy working on projects for our clients. We needed a fresh pair of eyes to come in and make some recommendations and we trusted Franzi immediately.
From day one she amazed us with her incredible level of detail. Franzi immersed herself in our business, meeting with every SimpleClick team member to make sure she really got to know the ‘real us’. She even met with some of our clients and asked what it was like working with us. The feedback she got allowed her to paint a picture of our culture and from there she was able to propose two concepts for our new brand, both of which were well thought out – it was a tough decision to choose between the two!
Franzi thinks of everything. From typefaces to colours, graphics to logo systems. Every detail is meticulously planned and compliments the other. She looks at the bigger picture of everything she does. Franzi very much created an identity for our business and helped us to define our values and tone of voice. We have been left with a series of elements that are versatile and futureproof, allowing SimpleClick to grow with its new identity.
Anything we ask Franzi is completed with a huge amount of care, attention and love. The passion that she has for her work shines through in everything she does.
